An established fashion house was running on outdated inventory software: slow, not extensible, with no connection to modern processes. Consignment, stocktaking and invoicing were tedious and error-prone.

We built a tailor-made inventory system as a modern web application: article management, consignment business, delivery notes and invoices, stocktaking — all in one system, matched to the real workflows in the store.

Hundreds of incoming PDF invoices per month had to be opened, read and transferred into the cost overview manually — hours of routine work with typo risk.

We built an AI pipeline that reads invoices automatically, extracts and validates amounts and line items, and delivers structured data. Staff now verify instead of retyping.

We built an AI-powered automation solution that intelligently processes incoming documents, assigns them to the right transactions and executes recurring accounting steps autonomously. Staff only step in for special cases — humans keep control, the system handles the routine.

The existing website no longer reflected the current service portfolio and was practically invisible to search engines — hardly any organic inquiries.

Complete relaunch: new information architecture along search intent, bilingual site, technical SEO (structured data, clean redirects, load time) and conversion-oriented service pages.

Device lending was managed through scattered Excel lists: no overview of stock, no history, devices regularly going missing.

A lean internal application with device management, loan workflow, reminders and reports — deliberately simple so it works in daily use without training.

KPIs lived in different systems and were copied into presentations by hand every month — late, laborious and hard to compare.

A central dashboard that automatically consolidates the relevant data sources and visualizes KPIs live — in corporate design, accessible via browser for authorized users.
